It had been almost a month since Hridhaan and Eshana have been going out on dates.

Eshana at times felt guilty of stealing someone else's identity, family and fiance. But then she knew one thing. If all this was hers right now then it was meant to be. And she trusted her Lord.

"Hey! Did I forgot a date plan?"

Hridhaan asked confused when he saw Eshana knocking on his room door with a wide grin. She chuckled at how cute he looked.

"Nhi. I just wanted to watch a movie toh mai aa gyi."

She shrugged and he smiled and made an apologetic face.

"Sorry! Lekin I was busy making a presentation. Thoda time lag jaayega mujhe."

"It's ok. Mai dekh lungi. Just let me cuddle you."

She said kissing his cheek and moving inside and he smiled.

The two have gotten quite close and open with each other.

He sat with his laptop while she put her head on his shoulder and watched the movie.

Somewhere in between she lost focus on the movie and just looked at him.

He smiled when he felt her kiss his cheek and subconsciously kissed her head.

He felt something cold slide on his finger and looked at the sparkling ring.

"What is this?"

"You asked me to return it to you if I wanted to be with you."

She said looking into his eyes and he smiled.

"But this is not the ring I gave."

She cupped his face and said.

"Kyunki uss ring ke saath meri yaadein nhi thi. But this ring would remind me of the memories we made. I made with you. Not the old Eshana."

He smiled and kissed her head.

"Are we kind of getting engaged again?"

She shrugged and said.

"Maybe."

He got up and rang to his almirah and took out a small box.

"Let's do it then."

He said making her wear the ring he chose for her. She smiled and looked at him with a twinkle in her eyes.

"You may now kiss your bride!"

He chuckled at her words and said.

"We got engaged Eshana. Not married."

She scowled at him and asked.

"You want to kiss me or not?"

He laughed at her expressions and cupped her face leaning in.

Their lips met for the first time in a slow and soft kiss. Testing and teasing each other. They pulled back and looked at each other through their lashes and again joined their lips together.

This time they kissed each other as if savouring and memorizing the feel and taste.

It was Eshana's birthday. The real Eshana's. And Hridhaan wanted to take her and both the families out for dinner.

"Thank you so much for coming here."

He started after the dinner was over and everyone smiled looking at him.

"Lekin mera aaj aap sab ko yaha bulane ka ek aur motive tha. Maa papa ko pata hai."

He said pointing towards both the sets of parents who smiled knowingly.

He then got up and walked to where Eshana was sitting. He held her hand and walked her out of her seat.

"Happy Birthday Eshana. I've been wanting to ask this since long now. Aur what's a better occasion then your birthday."

Eshana was confused at first but then gasped when he sat on one knee and opened a box of a beautiful ring in front of her.

"Will you marry me Eshana?"

She went numb. Could she be anymore selfish. Stealing someone's identity and family is not enough that was she ready to steal someone's fiance.

But seeing the love he had for her. The woman she was and not the real Eshana. She couldn't help but say.

"Yes!"

She breathed out making everyone around them hoot and clap in happiness and Hridhaan made her wear the ring hugging her tight.

Since their parents were around they couldn't kiss each other but still Hridhaan managed to sneak one making her blush like anything.

The night when she reached home, she stood in front of the pictures in her room. Pictures of Eshana.

"Kaun ho tum? Aur kaun hu mai? Do logo ke naam ek ho skte hai lekin chehra?"

This has been the mystery she had been trying to solve since she came here.

It was a normal a few days after her birthday when she heard loud voices in the living room.

There stood a woman around her age hugging her family with tears in her eyes.

Their eyes met and the woman froze. She looked at Eshana unblinking.

Slowly walking towards her without breaking the eye contact she cupped Eshana's cheek. Tears fell down her eyes as she realised that she was real.

"Oh my God! You're alive. Tu-tu thik hai. I can't believe this. Please tell me mai hallucinate nhi kr rhi hu."

Her family nodded with tears in their eyes and her younger sister said.

"She is real Jas di."

"Aur aap mai se kisi ne mujhe btana zaruri nhi samjha."

She was disappointed but happy to see her best friend alive.

"Umm-Jas di. Eshana di ko kuch yaad nhi hai. She had lost her memories in that accident."

Now the woman looked at her with pain.

"Matlab all the memories and secrets we shared. You forgot everything."

Eshana didn't know why but her eyes also got moistened.

"But I am so happy you're alive meri jaan."

The two then sat together. And the woman introduced herself as Jasmine Khanna. She and Eshana has been childhood friends.

Eshana told her about her getting married and Jas squealed happily. She was too happy to see her best friend safe and fine.

Jasmine lived in Paris due to her work. So on Eshana and her family's insistence she stayed with them with her marriage.

A few more days later Eshana woke up and her mother asked her to get ready wearing a suit.

She was confused and her eyes widened when she moved down in the living room.
