Pihu entered the bathroom and switched on the shower letting the cold water drench her. Her body shivered. But she didn't know if it was because of the cold water or because of the emotions she was going through.

Her teeth chattered and her fists clenched so hard that left marks. She fell on her knees panting heavily. So many emotions were inside her but she didn't know how to bring them out.

She heard the door open and close. She felt the water being turned off. She felt herself being pulled into a chest.

Rudransh hugged her not caring about her wetting his clothes. She was numb. Not moving. He was scared.

"The DLF Mall is being demolished."

He stated before she could speak a word making her look at him in surprise. Her eyes filled with tears as she realized why.

He answered nonetheless. She smiled and kissed his cheek.

"I have my eyes on you. And I want you."

She whispered, biting his earlobe, making his hold on her waist tighten and his eyes darken with a dangerous look.

"Careful with your words and actions Rose. You don't want to awaken something you're not ready for."

"What if I say I am ready?"

Rudransh looked at her for a long time. When she did not break eye contact he did and muttered.

“Trust me! You don't want that tonight. Not when my hands are tainted-”

She didn't let him complete and kissed his hands. He looked at her wide eyed.

“I love you. Every shade of you.”

She reiterated her words. Something in his gaze shifted and he whispered out.

“I don't know if this is love but if something ever happens to you, I'll fucking burn everything down.”

She smiled and leaned forward. He closed the remaining distance between their lips and pulled her in a deep, passionate kiss.

She tugged at his shirt unbuttoning it as he moved forward while clutching her waist and pulling her closer. She moved back and her legs hit the edge of the bed.
