8 years later
"Naman! Naman ruk jaa!"
(Naman wait!)
Anvi ran behind a 5 year old giggling Naman who was running from the milk his mother was trying to make him drink.
"Uff ye ladka! Jeena mushkil kr dia isne mera."
(God this boy! Made my life difficult.)
She huffed sitting on the sofa and put the glass of milk on the table.
Two years after their marriage she hadd found out about her pregnancy. Atharv was ecstatic.
When she gave birth and he held him for the first time Atharv looked at him and the only word that left his mouth was 'Naman'.
He looked so much like him. And truly he was so much like him. Same naughtiness, same laughter and the same love for his mother, i.e., Anvi.
When Naman saw his mother sitting on the sofa massaging her head he sneaked behind her and hugged her from behind.
"Mumma!"
He exclaimed happily and quickly gulped the milk to make her happy. She smiled at him and kissed him all over his face making him giggle with happiness.
"Mera bacha!"
(My baby!)
She said hugging him close to her chest. No matter how much a child troubles her. A mother will always love her child the same.
Anvi had taken a few days off from work because Naman wasn't feeling well since the last few days.
At first Atharv tried to handle him but when his health got worse he needed his mumma.
Atharv came home and a running Naman came and bumped into him.
"Papa!"
He exclaimed happily and hugged his legs making Atharv chuckle. This boy was so energetic.
Atharv picked him up and kissed his cheek.
"Ab tabiyat kaisi hai mere champion ki?"
(How is my champion's health now?)
He made a thumbs up just like his mumma does whenever she wants to indicate something perfect.
He chuckled and settled him down.
"Papa papa wrist fight!"
He jumped showing his hand and Atharv sat on the sofa and Naman sat in front of him.
Both of them took positions and looked at each other very seriously.
Naman started using all of his force and made faces because he wasn't able to move his hand at all.
Atharv looked at him amusedly and loosened his hand to let him win.
As soon as Atharv's hand touched the table Naman jumped up happily.
"Yay! Mai jeet gaya! I am a strong boy."
(I won!)
Atharv laughed and kissed his head. He ran to his mumma and told her that he won from his papa and she smiled caressing her head.
She got him a glass of water. He smiled and kissed her head and drank the water in one go.
"Aur laau?"
(Should I get more?)
He shook his head and said.
"Mai freshen up ho kr aata hu."
(I'll come after freshening up.)
She nodded and he went to his room while she went to kitchen to help her mother-in-law set the table for dinner.
Atharv came down and saw her arranging the casseroles on the table. He saw her alone and smirked.
Sneaking behind her he smacked her butt making her gasp and turn and then pecked her lips swiftly.
She looked at him wide eyed and then looked down blushing and hit his chest lightly.
"Atharv! Koi dekh leta na."
(Someone could have seen.)
"Dekha toh nhi na."
(But no one did.)
He shrugged and sat on his seat as if nothing happened at all.
After dinner Anvi picked Naman in her arms who was now rubbing his eyes because of sleep.
"Chalo ab ninnie time. Kal school bhi jaana hai na."
(Sleep time. Tomorrow you have school.)
She said kissing his head and he snuggled into her.
"Nhi! Aaj mai dadi paas sounga."
(No! Today I will sleep with grandma.)
He said when she started walking towards their room. She stopped and looked at him.
"So na hi hai. Koi masti nhi aur dadi ko tang nhi karna. Seedha jaate hi so jaana ok?"
(You have to sleep. No fun and no troubling grandma. Go and sleep.)
He nodded obediently and she knew he would sleep because he was too tired to do anymore fun.
He wiggled down from her arms and went to hold his grandmother's hand.
She kissed his little head and he skipped to her room making Anvi chuckle.
Her chuckle turned into a gasp because as soon as everyone else went to their rooms Atharv picked her up bridal style and started walking towards their room.
He winked at her and she blushed like a new bride. She was still shy when he did something and blushed like they had gotten married yesterday.
Atharv placed her on the bed very carefully and laid beside her.
He pushed her top up and placed his palm on her yet non existent bump.
She was three months pregnant with their second baby.
She smiled feeling his warm palm on her belly and giggled when he started to talking to her.
"How's my princess? Mumma ne tang toh nhi kia na meri princess ko? Papa loves you so much baby."
(Mumma didn't trouble you right?)
Anvi looked at him and pouted.
"Abhi se biwi ki value kam ho rhi hai. Iske aane ke baad toh aap mujhe ghaas bhi nhi daloge."
(Wife's value is diminishing now only. When she will come you won't even pay attention to me.)
She complained and he teased her.
"Ghaas kyu daalni hai? Gaaye (cow) ho kya tum?"
She gasped and he chuckled. She pouted and he kissed her pout.
"Chahe jitne bhi babies aa jaaye lekin mumma toh sabse special rahegi na. Aakhir wo aaye bhi toh mumma ki wajah se hai na."
(How ever much babies may come but mumma is the most special. Afterall it is because of her they are here.)
He said and she smiled.
"Mere bache meri jaan hai Anvi and unki mumma meri ruh!"
(My kids are my life and you Anvi are my soul!)
She felt tears pool in her eyes. Hormones! She concluded and pulled him closer kissing him deep.
He was surprised but woah! Who was complaining. He gathered her in his arms carefully and he spent the night pleasuring her and expressing his love for her.
Remember to always treat your woman nice because if you don't then one day you'll be burning in fire and she won't be there to extinguish it and heal your burns.
