Anay was standing at the door smirking. Aadrik turned his back to him covering Ditya completely as she corrected their appearance. He smiled seeing her little blush but he needed to shoo away his brother right now.

"Fuck off Anay!"

He grumbled and Anay went away laughing. He loved to irritate his brother a lot.

Aadrik looked at Ditya who was looking at him. His smile dropped as he remembered something. He pulled her close and tightened his hold on her. 

"You are not getting married to anyone else now."

He complained like a cute kid and Ditya frowned.

"Shaadi aap kr rhe the aur bol mujhe rhe hai."

(You are getting married and you are telling me.)

"Mai?"

(Me?)

"Haan. Ivaan bhai ne bataya mujhe. Ki aapne shaadi ke liye haan kr di thi."

(Yes. Ivaan bhai told me. That you said yes for marriage.)

She mumbled and he frowned.

"Usne mujhe bola ki tum-"

(He told me that-)

Aadrik realised what Ivaan did and scowled.

"Kamina hum dono ke saath khel rha tha."

(That moron played with both of us.)

He grumbled making Ditya giggle.

"Iska matlab he knows about us."

Ditya said and Aadrik nodded but then smirked suddenly.

"He knows that we love each other. Par usse ye nhi pata ki hum dono ko pata hai ki wo humse jooth bol rha tha. He wanted to prank us. Let's prank him now."

(He doesn't know that we know he pranked us.)

He said smiling evily and Ditya chuckled at his expressions.

Two days later, Ivaan went to meet Aadrik and execute the next part of his plan.

He found Aadrik in his room. Seeing Ivaan, Aadrik made a sad face.

"Kya hua? Aise muh kyu latka rakha hai?"

(What happened? Why are you so sad?)

Ivaan asked and Aadrik sighed sadly and started his drama.

"Mujhe tujhe kuch batana tha bhai. I broke your trust."

(I wanted to tell you something.)

Ivaan smirked thinking that he was going to confess but didn't show it on his face.

"Kya baat hai bhai?"

(What happened?)

"I love Ditya."

Ivaan was full on smirking mentally but it fell when he heard his next words.

"But i realised ki ye sab sahi nhi hai. I should not have feelings for her. Aur waise bhi agar usne shaadi ke liye haan krdi hai toh iska matlab she doesn't feel anything for me. Isliye maine bhi mummy ko haan krdi."

(I realised this is not right. And she said yes for marriage that means she doesn't have any feelings for me. So i also said yes to mumma.)

"KYA!?"

(WHAT!?)

Ivaan was panicking inside.

'Ye kya kr dia maine?'

"Haan bhai. I promise i'll try to forget her. Tu please mujhse gussa mat huiyo."

(Please don't get angry.)

Aadrik said and Ivaan went in deep thoughts thinking about what he had done while Aadrik smirked.

'Ab aaya na mazza.'

Aadrik made an excuse before Ivaan could say something and went out smiling mischievously.

Ivaan reached home looking extremely worried. 

'Aadrik said yes because he thinks Ditya doesn't feel anything for him.'

He couldn't calm his mind so he went to the terrace where Ditya was waiting for him. As soon as she heard his footsetps she made a sad face.

Ivaan saw Ditya siiting there and sat near her. He saw her looking sad and asked.

"Kya hua?"

(What happened?)

She looked at him with fake tears. She herself didn't know she could fake it so well.

"Bhai! I love him bhai! I am sorry! Maine bhut koshish ki mai unhe bhul jaau par nhi ho paa raha. Mai bhut pyaar krti hu Aadrik se."

(I tried very hard to forget him but i am not able to. I love Aadrik a lot bhai.)

She said and hugged Ivaan. His guilt increased and just as he was about to say something she spoke pulling back and wiping her non-existent tears.

"But its ok. I will try and forget him. He is happy in his life. Wo shaadi kr rhe hai. Mai soch rhi thi ki mai bhi mumma ko haan boldu."

(He is getting married. I am thinking that i should also say yes to mumma.)

Ivaan's eyes widened as he realised what a blunder he had created while Ditya giggled silently.

She went away acting sad and laughed and slumped on her bed.

She called him and giggled and told him everything as soon as he picked.

They spent the entire night talking to each other while Ivaan kept thinking about what he did.

The next day Ditya rushed out after breakfast. She reached his home and Dhriti opened the door.

She greeted her and asked him about Aadrik. Dhriti told her that he was on the terrace and she smiled and went towards the terrace.

Ivaan too reached a few minutes after she reached and asked Dhriti about Aadrik.

"Kya baat? Aaj Aadrik bada demand mai hai. Terrace pr hai."

(What happened? Today Aadrik is in demand. He is on the terrace.)

Ivaan was so guilty and worried that he didn't pay attention to her words and just rushed to the terrace.

He was about to enter when he heard his sister's voice.

"I love you."

He saw his sister and his best friend locked in each other's embrace.

"I love you too."

Aadrik said. Ivaan's eyes widened when he saw Ditya kiss him on the lips. He realised that the two were playing him and already knew about his plan.

He gritted his teeth and shouted.

"Saale Aadrik!"

(You moron!)

Aadrik immediately left Ditya and looked at Ivaan like a deer caught in the headlights while the latter fumed like a raging bull.

He started moving towards Aadrik with angry steps and Aadrik started running back from him.

"Saale! Mujhe guilt mai duba kar yaha meri hi behen ke saath romance kr rha hai. Ruk jaa aaj tujhe mai chhodunga nhi."

(Moron! You drowned me in guilt and here you are romancing my sister. Wait i will kill you today.)

"Mazak shuru kisne kia tha?"

(Who started the prank?)

Aadrik asked while trying to save his life from an angry Ivaan.

"Mujhse ye baat chhupai kisne? Saale agar mujhe bata deta toh mai tujhe khaa jaata kya?"

(Who hid this from me? If you would have told me would have i eaten you?)

Ivaan said. He picked up a leather ball from the terrace and threw it at him. Aadrik ducked it and looked at him wide eyed.

"Pagal saale! Sar phaat jaata mera. Teri behen shaadi se pehle hi widwa ho jaati."

(Idiot moron! I would have died. Your sister would become widow before marriage.)

He teased and Ivaan ran after him. Aadrik jumped and hid behind Ditya. He pushed her forward and said.

"Shaant kro apne bhai ko."

(Calm your brother.)

Ditya looked at Ivaan very innocently and said.

"Wo bhai hum aapko-ouch ouch ouch. Bhai! Kaan toh chhodo."

(We were-ouch ouch ouch. Leave my ear.)

Ivaan held Ditya's ear and she shrieked and looked at Aadrik.

"Aadrik help!"

Aadrik looked at her and just shrugged putting his hands in his pockets. Ditya looked at him gaping in shock.

"Dekh lia aapka pyaar maine. Apni baari aayi toh mujhe aage kr dia. Aur ab khud apna palla jhaad lia."

(I saw your love. You pushed me forward in your turn. And now you are running.)

She said narrowing her eyes and he shrugged again.

She then freed her ear from Ivaan's grip. She went near him and spoke with her hands on her waist.

"Bas itna hi pyaar hai aapko. Musibat aayi toh khud ko bacha lia aur mujhe chhod dia."

(You love me only this much. You left me alone in trouble to save yourself.)

She said and started moving away from him. He held her wrist and pulled her back. He caged her in his arms and said very seriously.

"Tumhara bhai tha isliye kuch nhi kaha. Koi aur haath toh laga ke dikhaye."

(It was your brother that's why i didn't say anything. No one else could even touch you.)

Ditya didn't know why her heart fluttered at his statement and she smiled and hugged him.
