The next day Ayansh woke up hearing some noises in the room. He realised that he was in the hospital.

He looked at Sanvi who was sleeping peacefully with her head on his shoulder and hand wrapped around his arm.

He saw Reyansh enter and he woke her up. She looked at him and mumbled a 'sorry' getting away from him.

Reyansh checked Adhyay's vitals and informed them that he was fine now and they could start his treatment.

He told them that they would heal him naturally and would not operate him until extremely necessary.

He told them the things that they have to do for his natural healing.

Sanvi made a good note of it and thanked Reyansh.

Adhyay was discharged that evening. Ayansh dropped them home.

It had been two months and Adhyay was healing well.

The hole in his heart had healed about 30%.

Ayansh had been meeting him daily since the day.

Everyone in his family wanted to meet him but he asked them to wait because he didn't want to pressurize Sanvi for anything.

Today also, like always he visited her home to meet Adhyay. He greeted Sanvi's parents and asked them about Adhyay.

They told him that he was in his room. Ayansh smiled and went there.

He entered the room and saw Sanvi sitting on the bed feeding Adhyay.

He turned around and quickly said.

"I am sorry. Mujhe pata nhi tha tum yaha ho."

(I didn't know you are here.)

"Its ok. You can turn. I am covered."

He turned around and scratched his neck nervously.

"Wo mujhe laga tum office mai hogi isliye knock nhi kia."

(I thought you would be in the office so i didn't knock.)

She smiled and said.

"Aaj off tha mera."

(I had an off.)

He sat near her and looked at Adhyay who was half hidden behind her shawl.

"Waise its good tum mil gyi. Kuch baat krni thi."

(Its good you are here. I wanted to talk.)

She frowned and asked.

"Kis baare mai?"

(About what?)

He looked nervous.

"Hamare baare mai. Sanvi. I want to be a part of your and Adhyay's life."

(About us.)

Sanvi looked at him surprised.

"Marry me Sanvi."

He said and she looked at him wide eyed.

"What!?"

"I want to give Adhyay the life he deserves.I want a life with you and Adhyay Sanvi."

He said with sincerity and genuineness. She didn't know what to say. She too wanted to give Adhyay every happiness in his life but marriage.

Ayansh noticed her looking conflicted.

"Relax. Take your time. Meet my family. Get to know us. And then take your decision. Agar hamare liye na sahi Adhyay ke baare mai socho."

(If not us think about Adhyay.)

She knew he was right. She smiled and nodded.

Just then Adhyay threw the shawl away after filling his tummy. Ayansh looked away and Sanvi quickly covered up.

Adhyay crawled towards Ayansh and he picked him up in his arms.

"Hello champ!"

He said and nuzzled his face in his tummy making him giggle. Adhyay was super excited to see his father.

The two had bonded real well during the two months and Adhyay looked forward to seeing his father.

"Ready to go champ?"

He asked and Adhyay squealed in excitement. Sanvi frowned and asked.

"Kaha jaana hai?"

(Where are you going?)

Ayansh looked at her answered.

"Reyansh bhai ne fresh air suggest kia tha isliye mai isse daily park le kar jaata hu."

(Reyansh bhai suggested fresh air so i take him to park daily. 

Sanvi nodded and asked.

"Mai bhi chalu?"

(Can i also join?)

"You don't trust me with him?"

"Nhi. Aisa nhi hai. Mai ghar mai bore ho jaaungi. Isliye puchh rhi thi. Agar aapko akele time spend krna hai toh its fine."

(No. Its not that. I will get bored in the house. That's why i was asking. If you want to spend time alone its fine.)

Ayansh smiled and said.

"Waise toh mai aur champ apna time share nhi krte but hum champ ki mumma ko adjust kr skte hai. Hai na champ?"

(Usually we don't share our time but we can adjust champ's mumma. Right champ?)

He asked Adhyay very seriously and he giggled at his father's expressions making both of them smile.

"Come on get ready."

He said to her when he saw her still sitting there.

"Oh!"

She said and got up to get ready.

They were strolling in the park and Adhyay was in Ayansh's arms blabbering in his tooti futti language.

Sanvi was admiring the two with a soft smile on her face.

Ayansh made Adhyay sit on a slide and slid him down with a wee sound and he laughed happily. He repeated it a few times and kissed his cheek laughing happily.

A wide smile formed on Sanvi's face. Ayansh was truly a perfect father.

What touched Sanvi's heart the most was when he held her hand while they crossed the road. He had Adhyay in his arm and held Sanvi's hand with the other.

The next day Sanvi and Adhyay were ready to meet Ayansh's family for the first time. Even Dhriti and Reyansh's families were going to be there.

Sanvi was a little nervous. Her mother assured her and she smiled.

Last night, she had talked to her parents about Ayansh's proposal and they had said that they would support her at whatever decision she takes.

She heard her father call them saying that Ayansh was there.

She took Adhyay and went out. He squealed seeing Ayansh and made grabby hands at him and he took him in his arms kissing his cheeks.

He asked them if they were ready. They sat in the car with Sanvi in the passenger seat and Adhyay on her lap looking very excited.

They reached Singhania mansion and Ayansh helped her parents out. Adarsh was already waiting for them and welcomed them inside.

Sanvi was holding Adhyay and looked very nervous.

He held Adhyay in his arms and held her hand.

"Relax."

She took a deep breath and nodded. He went inside holding her hand. Bhavna welcomed them in after their aarti.

It was the first time their grandchild was coming home. Adhyay was looking at everyone with curious eyes. His dadis had literally made a feast for the 8 month old boy who could not even eat everything. Sanvi was looking at everyone. Everyone looked so happy seeing them. Her parents mingled really well with the elders. Sanvi too bonded instantly with the ladies. Adhyay seemed happy with the kids.

Sanvi couldn't remember the last time she had seen both Adhyay and her parents look so happy. She too loved the family. She noticed how Ayansh's eyes were constantly on her and Adhyay to make sure they were fine and didn't need anything.

He dropped them back home. While leaving Adhyay didn't want to go back and he cried so much making everyone's heart ache.

Sanvi had to feed him and lull him to sleep to calm him.

By the end of the day she knew what she had to do. If not for her, for Adhyay.
