It had been four months since Dhriti had been promoted as the senior designer.

Everything was going on smooth. Utkarsh's life was also good. Also, he was returning in five months.

His boss was very much impressed by his dedication and performance and in the next five months he was being promoted to the post of Chief Officer in Delhi just like he was promised.

Everyone was sitting in the living room except Adarsh who was still in office due to some project he was handling single handed and Sakshi who was in her room attending some important call.

As soon as Sakshi left Sahil turned towards their mother and said.

"Mumma. Adarsh ko ek project ki shoot ke liye Paris jaana padega next week."

(Adarsh has to go to Paris for a shoot next week.)

Saroj looked at Sahil and nodded.

"Wo toh tum log jaate hi rehte ho."

(You people keep going for that.)

She mumbled.

"Ye shoot thoda lamba jaayega. 3 mahine ke liye jaana hai usse."

(This shoot will be a little long. He hass to leave for 3 months.)

Everyone kept mum for some time. It was nothing unusual for them to go on shoot trips like this but the maximum duration had been 2-3 weeks. So 3 months was a huge deal for everyone.

Saroj was about to say something when Sakshi came back. Everyone pretended as if nothing happened.

Some time later they retired to their rooms.

The next morning Adarsh and Sakshi went to the Visa office to get their visas done.

The week passed by but unfortunately Sakshi couldn't get her visa applied.

Everyone could see how Sakshi was controlling her tears. As soon as Adarsh left Sakshi went to her room.

Pranati and Rashi wanted to go to her but Saroj stopped them saying that she needs some time and will be fine.

They also went to their rooms. Dhriti knew how it felt to be away from the person you love. Not being able to stop herself she went to Sakshi.

She was laying on her bed with her face in the pillow and her body shaking which indicated that she was crying.

"Bhabhi."

She called softly. Sakshi quickly sat upright and wiped her tears.

"Kuch kaam tha kya?"

(You had some work?)

She asked still not facing her. Dhriti sat in front of her and held her hand.

"Its ok bhabhi. You don't have to pretend."

That was all it took for Sakshi to burst in tears again.

"Hamari first anniversary thi. Kitna kuch socha tha maine. But now-"

(Our first anniversary. I had thought of so many things.)

Dhriti wiped her tears and Sakshi hugged her. She could understand. She had also cried because she missed Utkarsh.

Dhriti kept rubbing her back to calm her down which worked and after some time Sakshi pulled back a little embarrassed to which Dhriti waved her hand dismissing the topic.

"Its ok bhabhi. We all have our high and low times."

She tried to cheer up her mood and showed her designs and also took her opinion as to what she would like as a customer.

For Sakshi the three months were like three years but the wait was finally over. Adarsh arrived at midnight and the next morning he was surrounded with his favourite dishes.

Saroj was behaving as if he came back after years and had not had his favourite food since then while Adarsh was enjoying the special treatment.

Dhriti too was in party mood because many of Adarsh's favourite dishes were hers too.

Also she was very excited because Utkarsh was finally promoted to the post of Chief Officer and in the next two months he would be back to Delhi.

She had literally marked the day in calendar and was crossing out each day.

Dhriti being on the senior level now had many shows that she had to handle single handed.

The next whole month she had many shows lined up and so was constantly busy in one or the other work.

The two months passed by in a jiffy. Utkarsh was coming back today. He had an afternoon flight but he told everyone that he had an evening flight.

Dhriti was very excited to meet him. She booked a cab to the airport and was waiting for him to come out.

She squealed loudly when she saw him coming with his luggage in a trolley. She began running towards him and shouted his name.

He laughed at her excitement and held the trolley with one hand to his side. She jumped into his arms and round her legs around his waist taking him in a bear hug.

He round his free arm around her waist and they stayed like that.

She saw people looking at them weirdly and pulled back a bit embarrassed which was soon dismissed as she started pulling Utkarsh out while talking animatedly.

Utkarsh with the help of the driver started loading his luggage in the cab while Dhriti quickly sat inside waiting for him.

Utkarsh sat in and the driver was still out closing the dicky of the car. She quickly pulled him down and gave a hard kiss on his lips.

She pulled back as soon as she heard the door of the car open. She looked at him only to see him smiling with his eyes still close and a bit leaned forward.

She bit her lips smiling and turned her head to the window looking outside.

She wanted to spend more time with him but they couldn't take risk with the luggage.

He first dropped Dhriti at her home and then went to his house to surprise his parents.

Dhriti entered the house only to get another good news. Sakshi was pregnant. Everyone celebrated their happiness.

Damini was going bonkers with happiness. She was on her toes and asked the helpers to get fruits and healthy foods for Sakshi.
