Akansha woke up and stretched her body warding off the remaining sleep. She sighed and kept sitting with a pout for a few minutes before dragging her body out of the bed.
She freshened up and went out of her room to the kitchen only see her elder brother romancing with his wife.
"Bhai please! Not again!"
She whined being tired of his daily PDA. Why did he have to traumatise her early in the morning? They had a room for God's sake. He could romance her there all he wanted.
She heard him groan and turn around with an annoyed expression.
"Kyu mere romance ki dushman banke baithi hai tu? Tujhe ghar bhijwa dunga mai aise hi harkatein rahi teri toh."
Akansha rolled her eyes knowing very well it wasn't possible.
"Agam!"
Her sister-in-law, Sanjana reprimanded her husband with a soft nudge to his waist while hiding her blush.
"Aapko raat kaafi nhi hoti kya? Jo subha subha kitchen mai bhi chalu ho jaate ho?"
She asked making Sanjana gasp.
"Akansha!"
She now reprimanded her but they were the shameless siblings.
"Meri biwi! Mai jaha marzi, jab marzi, jitna marzi romance kru? Tu kyu jall rhi hai?"
"Aap dono ka na kuch nhi ho skta. Mai hi jaa rhi hu yaha se."
Sanjana left grumbling having enough of the shameless people she was surrounded with. Unfortunately for her, one of them was her husband, who followed her right behind.
Akansha sighed finally having the kitchen to herself. She never liked to have a heavy breakfast. She was just a tea and toast in the morning kind of girl.
Quickly making herself some tea and toasting bread, she went back in her room and opened her phone.
People read newspaper in the morning with their tea but Akansha read Wattpad the first thing in the morning.
She opened the app and saw a notification from her favourite author. She had not been updating anything since the past few weeks and today she finally did. And that too a new story.
She quickly opened the book and added it to her library first. She then took a sip of her tea before reading its description.
It was unlike any other story the author had written before. It wasn't a love story like she usually wrote. It was about a man who was struggling to prove himself to his parents and society and his journey through those struggles.
But according to the author, the man was not going to have any love interest in the book. The story was only about him. Akansha hummed and thought about it.
She loved the author's works but she had never read something like this. She decided to give it a try and jumped to the next part, which was the character sketch. The author did not put any actor's picture and left it to the readers to imagine whoever they wanted to based on the description.
Akansha read the name and description of the character.
Aarav Sinha
Age: 26 years
6 feet tall, black tousled hair falling on the forehead, black eyes and thick lashes. Wears specs. Sharp nose and chiseled jawline. Usually dresses in baggy t-shirts and cargo pants.
The description seemed very normal to a person but a reader's imagination always makes even the most simple things to be an amazing experience. Akansha imagined how he would have looked in real life.
The first part of the story was already updated and Akansha quickly jumped to it while biting into her toast.
Aarav Sinha was the youngest son among the three siblings.
His eldest sibling, Suyash Sinha was a renounced cardiologist and his elder sister, Kanika Sinha was making her name in the field of law as one of the best Criminal Advocates.
His father was a retired navy officer and his mother too came from a background of Government Officers.
In the whole family, Aarav was the only one who didn't want to go into anything related with studies. He had always been weak in studying.
And he'd always loved singing. But his parents never understood his passion for singing. They always tried to push him into studying.
According to them there was no career in any field other than ones which involved heavy studying......
Akansha didn't even realise when she read the complete chapter. She found Aarav' s character quite interesting.
He was the shy and reserved kind of man. Completely opposite of her. She was a muhfatt who regretted after speaking. Her parents were very supportive while he had the most unsupportive parents. She loved music and he loved singing.
She didn't like how his own mother didn't love hom equally because he was the less intelligent one. He was knowledged in the field he liked. He loved singing.
But she was happy that atleast his elder brother supported him. Just like hers did. They loved to tease each other but Akansha loved her brother, Agam a lot and she knew that he did too.
Her brother had started living away from home due to his job here. Then she got admission in a college in the same city and he convinced their parents to let her study here saying that he would take care of her. Which he had been doing.
He got married to her Sanjana bhabhi only an year back and the two were completely in love. Akansha bonded so quickly with Sanjana that it felt like the two have known each other forever.
She shared all her secrets and crushes with her bhabhi. They loved to gossip in their free time and occasionally Agam joined them too. He wouldn't admit but he too loved the gossip.
Akansha closed the app eagerly waiting for the next update which would be the next day. She loved this about the author. She updated daily. Akansha put her phone aside and rushed to the bathroom to get ready.
Akansha was a music teacher in a school in the city itself. After completing her diploma in musical instruments, she got placement from the college itself and since then she had been living with her brother permanently.
